Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data — name, email, hashed password, billing details.
- Service data — the destination URLs you create and the metadata about your codes (creation time, hit counts).
- Usage data — IP address, user agent, and timestamp of each redirect resolution. Used for abuse prevention and analytics. IPs are truncated after 30 days.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and (with your consent) send you product updates. We never sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). The current list and their roles are available on request.
International transfers
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) for transfers outside the EEA / UK.
Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, and delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email privacy@quickresponsehub.com to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account and for 90 days after deletion (for billing and audit). Hit logs are retained for 13 months.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will notify customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
