Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Version 4.2
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the QuickResponseHub service (the "Service"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
QuickResponseHub provides a hosted platform for creating, managing, and resolving dynamic QR redirect codes via web dashboard and HTTP API. We may modify the Service from time to time, provided that any modification does not materially decrease the core functionality during a paid term.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@quickresponsehub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You will not use the Service to: (a) host or redirect to malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes third-party rights; (b) circumvent rate limits; (c) reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law; or (d) resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
6. Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for processing on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of like importance, but not less than reasonable care.
8. Service Levels
For paid plans we target 99.99% monthly uptime. Service credits are described in our status page SLA addendum.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" except for the express warranties stated in your order form. We disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Each party's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to fees paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
